Sojourn Cellars Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic F-Block in Rutherford, Napa Valley. Aged in 75% new French oak, it layers black cherry, cassis and plum with graphite, dusty earth, mocha and dried spice. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated yet polished, with soft-grained tannins and a long dark-chocolate finish. Serve with prime rib, grilled steak, lamb or aged hard cheeses, or cellar for further development. 14.7% ABV.
