Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs is a Chardonnay-based California sparkling wine first produced by the estate in 1965. Bright apple, pear and citrus meet toasted almond, pastry and subtle vanilla, framed by fine bubbles and lively acidity. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with oysters, crab, sushi, fried chicken and creamy cheeses.
