Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal 750ml

Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is an artisanal joven mezcal from Oaxaca made from 100% Espadín agave—Doba-Yej in Zapotec. The agave is milled by horse-drawn tahona and double-distilled in copper stills, producing bright cooked-agave, citrus and floral aromas with herbs, mineral smoke and peppery spice. Bottled at 88 proof, it is expressive neat in a copita and equally suited to mezcal cocktails.
