Koval Dry Gin is a 94-proof organic craft gin distilled in Chicago from an organic rye base and a proprietary blend of 13 botanicals. Juniper and wildflowers lead the aroma, followed by dry, vibrant notes of fresh grass, golden citrus and white pepper over a rounded floral core. Its bold 47% ABV gives Martinis, Gin and Tonics and citrus-driven cocktails excellent structure, while the polished finish also suits chilled or neat service.
