Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Organic Platino is a bright, unaged tequila made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave, yeast and water using the house’s Esencia de Agave process. Aromas of pepper, honeyed agave, apple and parsley lead to a sweet-spicy palate with melon, honey and hay, followed by a crisp finish of chamomile and cinnamon. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), this 750 ml tequila is best served neat or over ice.
