Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 29 is a wheated single-barrel straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). After maturation, the barrel traveled at sea, where constant motion and changing climates increased its contact with oak. Aromas of fresh-baked bread, vanilla and caramel lead to soft citrus, baking spice and a rounded, gently sweet finish. This 750 ml release combines a supple wheated mash bill with the distinctive character of Jefferson's Ocean series.
