Made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc affected by noble rot, it offers concentrated apricot, ripe pear, orange peel and honeyed flavors balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a long finish. Serve lightly chilled with blue cheese, fruit desserts or foie gras.
