CHEV Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is a polished California red from winemaker Michael Browne. The cool Russian River Valley gives the wine layered red cherry, dark berry and plum fruit with hints of tea, forest floor and gentle spice. Supple tannins and fresh acidity carry the flavors through a smooth, lingering finish. Serve slightly cool with roasted poultry, salmon, mushroom dishes or soft-ripened cheese.
