Château Redortier Beaumes-de-Venise 2018

Château Redortier Beaumes-de-Venise 2018 is a Southern Rhône red from six high-elevation parcels in the Dentelles de Montmirail. The blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 5% Counoise brings strawberry, raspberry, plum and blackberry fruit together with floral notes, spice, earth and a gentle herbal edge. Cement-vat aging preserves freshness while building balanced concentration, a creamy texture and a long, silky finish. Serve near cellar temperature with grilled meats, roast lamb, mushrooms or soft cheeses. 14.5% ABV.
