Charles Collet Vieille Fine de Bourgogne Single Cask Brandy 700 ml

Charles Collet Vieille Fine de Bourgogne is a rare single-cask French brandy distilled from the fine lees of Chardonnay grown in Romain Collet's premier cru and grand cru Chablis vineyards. The 2015 spirit matured for more than five years in oak before a release of only 288 bottles. Walnut, hazelnut, dried apricot and fig aromas lead to a supple, rounded palate with gentle oak and a long fruit-and-nut finish. Serve in a small warmed balloon glass or use where a fine VSOP Cognac is called for.
