Sojourn Cellars Gap's Crown Pinot Noir 2022 is a single-vineyard Sonoma Coast red with concentrated blue and red fruit, black cherry, baking spice, black tea, clove and cedar. Rocky soils and steep slopes give the wine notable depth, while whole-cluster fermentation adds energy and aromatic lift. Smooth tannins and bright acidity carry the layered palate into a long, fruit-driven finish. Serve near cellar temperature with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes or aged Gruyere.
