Rombauer Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Rombauer Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a full-bodied red made from estate vineyards and selected Napa Valley sites in St. Helena, Calistoga, Stags Leap District and Atlas Peak. Ripe raspberry and red currant aromas meet black currant, crème de cassis, mint, dried savory herbs and holiday baking spice, with moderate tannins, bright acidity and a lingering finish. The blend is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, aged 18 months in French oak, 70% new. Serve near cellar temperature with grilled steak, braised lamb shanks or beef tagine. 15.1% ABV.
