- Roland Boulard & Filles Les Racines de Roland Boulard Brut is a non-vintage Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. It opens with fresh citrus and orchard-fruit notes, followed by a clean, generous palate with fine bubbles and a gently rounded finish. Produced by a family estate in Cormicy, this expressive Champagne is well suited to aperitifs, celebratory pours, seafood, shellfish and light fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
