Pisoni Estate Pinot Noir 2023

Pisoni Estate Pinot Noir 2023 is a limited-production Santa Lucia Highlands wine from sustainably farmed mountain vineyard blocks. Fresh rose petal, black cherry and succulent plum lead into baking spice and sage, with bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and concentrated fruit. Aged 11 months in French oak and bottled at 14.1% ABV, it offers both power and finesse and can develop gracefully in the cellar. Pair with duck, roast pork, mushroom dishes or herb-crusted lamb.
