Peter Michael Au Paradis 2012 is an Oakville, Napa Valley Cabernet blend named Wine Spectator’s 2015 Wine of the Year. Deep ruby in color, it layers black currant and black cherry with chocolate, licorice, clove, cinnamon and orange zest. A velvety palate, cassis-rich fruit and iron-like minerality lead to a long, refined finish. Decant before serving.
