Mayenda Tequila Blanco is a rich, complex sipping tequila crafted in small batches at Casa San Nicolas in Arandas, Jalisco. Its pioneering process macerates freshly cooked agave in the base distillate and blends in agave miel before a final copper-pot distillation, preserving caramelized, floral, vegetal and peppery agave character without added sugar. Moon-bright and silky, it opens with wildflower honey, cinnamon, orange blossom and fresh grass before baking spice, herbs, pepper and caramelized agave lead to a lingering citrus-and-honey finish.
