Maybach Vocabulum 2023

Maybach Vocabulum 2023 is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the high-elevation Ecotone Vineyard near St. Helena, Napa Valley, formerly known as the Thorevilos Vineyard. Blackberry, boysenberry, dark cherry, raspberry jam and Satsuma plum meet cocoa, sweet tobacco, roasted coffee and mocha. The palate is powerful and layered, with dense dark fruit, vibrant structure and broad, dusty tannins that carry a long finish. Serve near cellar temperature with grilled steak, braised beef, lamb or aged cheeses, and decant before drinking.
