Hourglass Blueline Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 in magnum format is a rich, bold Napa Valley Cabernet with excellent freshness. Blackberry, black cherry, cassis and plum aromas mingle with toasted sage, bay leaf and fennel. Polished tannins frame flavors of black cherry, plum sauce and tobacco through a long mineral finish. The 1.5 L bottle is well suited to sharing or cellaring; serve near cellar temperature with roast beef, lamb or aged cheese, and decant before drinking.
