Due Ragazze Vineyards Montano Caberneto is an El Dorado County red blend built around 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Merlot. Ripe blackberry, black cherry and cassis meet cedar, baking spice and subtle cocoa, while the Merlot rounds the texture. Full-bodied and structured without losing freshness, it finishes with polished tannins and lingering dark fruit. Pair with grilled steak, roast lamb, braised beef or firm aged cheese.
