DAOU Soul of a Lion is a Cabernet-led Bordeaux-style red from the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. Concentrated black cherry, blackberry and cassis are layered with graphite, dark chocolate, tobacco and polished oak. Full-bodied and structured with refined tannins, it is an impressive partner for prime steak, braised beef and aged cheeses.
