DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a structured Paso Robles red with blackberry, raspberry, plum and cherry layered with licorice, thyme, vanilla, cedar and mineral notes. The rounded palate carries black fruit and cocoa through polished tannins to a long, balanced finish. Decant before serving with grilled steak, roast lamb, braised short ribs or aged cheese, or cellar for further development.
