Copalli Organic Barrel Rested Rum 750ml

Copalli Barrel Rested Rum is a single-estate organic rum from southern Belize, made from fresh-pressed heirloom sugar cane juice, rainwater and yeast. The cane juice is distilled in pot and column stills, then rested in used American oak bourbon barrels for a richer profile of vanilla, oak, leather, cinnamon, nutmeg, blackberry and tobacco. Bottled at 44% ABV in a 750 ml format, it is well suited to sipping neat, serving over ice or mixing into an Old Fashioned or another spirit-forward rum cocktail.
