Ripe black fruit, sour cherry and dark plum are layered with vanilla, cocoa, tobacco and sweet spice, while firm tannins and fresh acidity carry the wine to a persistent finish. Pair it with roast lamb, grilled beef, mushrooms or aged Manchego.
