Aggazzotti Nocino Riserva Notte di San Giovanni is a traditional walnut liqueur from Modena, Italy, made with estate-grown green walnuts harvested around the feast of St. John. The walnuts macerate in neutral spirit for a year before the liqueur is blended with a closely guarded mix of spices and matured for four more years. Dark, concentrated and bittersweet, it offers layered notes of walnut, raisin, baking spice and caramelized sugar.
